Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Times:

 

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

 

Order Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.


Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim if this happens
